Be Better Prepared For Your Presentations – Presentation Skills Tips

Knowing the first seven minutes of your presentation will go a long way to relaxing you in front of your audience.
If a slide serves only as a prompter for you, delete it. If the slide will truly help your audience comprehend what you are saying, leave it in.
If you give a lot of presentations I recommend that you have a travel bag for emergencies. This travel bag should include large markers, duct tape, small clips, safety pins, and a small sticky note pad.
Use a piece of duct tape over the door latch to ensure that people entering and exiting your presentation will not disrupt the audience. When you put duct tape over the door latch you will never hear the click of the door opening and closing.
