Drawer-reward is the answer from yesterday. That brought me back in time to when we used to play those games as kids. It is actually a great team exercise to take a sheet that has many of those examples on either side and have your team run through trying to answer them. Once they have then move to brainstorming about any problem or challenge you are facing.
What you will have done is enlarged their working memory by making them open to new associations. Thus when they move to brainstorming their brain will begin to make more and deeper connections so you will get better ideas and solutions being offered up.
