This month I have been emphasizing how you need to develop in order to develop the company. In this article, the author does a fabulous job of pointing out the flaws that often happen when a person presents to the C Suite.

I especially like their point that you have to demonstrate how what you are talking about helps move the company forward and reach it’s mission. Pay attention to point number 3, as that is the one I usually see omitted.
