Deflecting Questions
If someone interrupts you with questions, you can deflect answering until a more appropriate time by saying:
“Due to the time constraint, I will hold questions until the end of the session. For those who would like additional coaching, I will remain afterward, and we can set up a time to work one-on-one. This will allow us to maintain the pace for the entire group and respect each individual’s needs. I appreciate everyone’s cooperation with this.”
This approach helps keep your presentation on track while ensuring that everyone’s questions are addressed.
