I had the same problem! So what I did was that I got invloved in more public speaking stuff such as plays, and public speeches for assemlys! The more I did, the more confident I became that I was going to do better in front of crouds. So I suggest maybe you get invloved in more public speaking. You’ll probably hate it, but it’ll help! If not, you can always just not look at the audience? That’s what I would do at first (and still do it occasionally). Talk to the wall, not the audience. Or you could always try the old pretend everyone is in their underwear trick? Hope I helped.
