Think about what your audience needs to know and why they need to know that. This will help you formulate your road map.

Then record what facts and situations you’ll share and why they are important to the audience. Play them back and see where you put too much information in, where your logic doesn’t hold up and what information is missing.

Do this several times until you have a tight flow. Then go back and create your slides or handouts. Stick to just a few main points.

Remember, you’re not there to impress the audience. Just relax and have a good time with them.
