Anne, I like that you said that one of the main reasons why employees switch jobs is because they do not like the management. I remember when I got my first job, I had a leader who undermined my talent and capabilities because of my young age. Because of that, I left the job immediately after just six months. Hopefully, the company was able to assess the leaders and see that they need a corporate leadership training program to be efficient and reliable. Thanks for this!
