You have to be able to stay in curiosity to uncover all the information so you can fix the root of the problem.

We find that 80% of the time, the problem leaders come to us with actually have relatively simple and inexpensive solutions IF they really probe to get to the real problem.

Make sure you stay in curiosity long enough to use critical thinking and get to the root of the problem. Then, start with the premise and build out your solution.

Usually, the best solutions end up being the easiest to implement and the least expensive!
