To become a great leader, the first step is always to take stock of where you are right now. What kind of a leader are you? What kind of a leader would you like to be? This great article by Minda Zetlin gives you some wonderful food for thought.
As you go through it, try and identify the stage you are in and the stage those above you are in. If you don’t like where you are at, make a plan on how to change it.
