Impression Management Professionals CEO Contributes to Developing Talent Book
April 17, 2012 Anne Warfield, CEO of Impression Management Professionals, is among the renowned learning leaders who has contributed to the newly published talent development book, "Developing Talent for Organizational Results: Training Tools From the Best in the Field."
Published in 2012 by Pfeiffer and edited by Elaine Biech of ebb associates, the book brings together the combined knowledge and experience of training and development experts who belong to ISA-The Association of Learning Providers. Anne Warfield is also an ISA Board Member.
Anne Warfield's chapter, "Your Invitation to Greatness," provides a three step system for building strategic leaders.

Anderson, Warfield Inducted Into Minnesota Speakers Hall of Fame
May 26, 2011 Dr. Dale Anderson and Anne Warfield were inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame by the Minnesota Chapter of the National Speakers Association (NSA) at its annual gala on May 19
Anderson, an MD who practiced for nearly 50 years as a family doctor and surgeon before becoming a speaker, now prescribes “method” acting techniques to audiences more than 75 times a year around the world.
In 2003, his book, Never Act Your Age, received the National Senior Media Award, National Health Information Award and Forward Magazine Award. He received the Best Speaker Award in 2003 from Minnesota Meetings and Events Magazine and was honored as the NSA-Minnesota Member of the Year in 2004.
Anderson is the coordinator of the Minnesota ACT NOW Project, a coalition of dramatic artists who think medically—and medical artists who think dramatically.
Warfield, CEO of Impression Management Professionals, helps executives influence their productive outcomes by expanding the way they think, listen and speak.
Her Outcome Thinking® Methodology provides leaders the tools they need to remain calm, focused and strategic. She has been featured in Business Week, Forbes, Mademoiselle, Investors Business Daily and has appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS, the Discovery Channel and Radio Stations around the world.

The Hall of Fame Award recognizes speaking excellence. Inductees are nominated and voted on by previous Hall of Fame recipients. Each candidate must excel in seven categories: material, style, experience, delivery, image, professionalism and communication.
Also that evening, these honors were bestowed:
Robin Getman, CSP, president of InterACT Group, earned the Mark LeBlanc Award, recognizing members for their long-term and highly significant contribution to the growth and vitality of the NSA-Minnesota chapter. Getman’s experience in training and management has led to her speaking on workplace experiences, service and communication, all the while instilling her signature brand of humor.
Susan Zimmerman, co-founder of Mindful Asset Planning, earned Member of the Year honors, voted on by chapter members. She is an author and expert on financial psychology and money personality. This award, recognized by the national NSA organization, goes to a member who has contributed significantly to the MN chapter.
Chere Bork, president and founder of Savor Your Life Today, was awarded the chapter’s Volunteer of the Year for volunteering above and beyond the level expected of a member. She is a registered dietitian, motivational speaker, wellness consultant and life coach. Her seminars have reached over 40,000 people.
Chris Heeter, founder of the Wild Institute, earned the Next Level Award for moving her business significantly forward in the past year. She creates extraordinary trips that share “the wisdom of nature,” delivers inspirational speeches, coaches people through life transitions and facilitates communication and teamwork programs.

Impression Management Professionals Receives 2010 Best of Eden Prairie Award
U.S. Commerce Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement
NEW YORK, NY, October 19, 2010 -- Impression Management Professionals has been selected for the 2010 Best of Eden Prairie Award in the Training & Development Consultant category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).
The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2010 USCA Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.
